Your Preparation
Put your property in the right light! Clean and tidy is the minimum requirement. Also consider the garden, terrace, and balcony – and remove private photos where possible. Clear weather and a pleasant season provide additional help. Individual rooms can be further enhanced with fresh flowers or suitable decoration.
My Implementation
Capturing a good sense of space takes some time. During the first appointment, we decide together which rooms to showcase – and which will remain in the background. I choose the most appealing perspective and work with professional equipment.
With a super-wide-angle lens, I can capture entire rooms – or alternatively, create a panorama. The most important factor is ideal lighting: with subtle flash support and a tripod, I produce appealing results even in darker rooms. In post-processing, brightness, color, framing, and sharpness are optimized. License plates, house numbers, or private images are discreetly removed in Photoshop.

In addition to photos, I also offer professional real estate videos. This gives potential buyers or tenants a realistic impression of the property and allows them to experience the rooms in motion. The video shoot runs parallel to the photo appointment – the additional effort is minimal, while the added value is significant.

Whether vacant or fully furnished – as a commercial real estate photographer, I create high-quality images for offices, retail spaces, practices, or production facilities. With a well-thought-out perspective, optimal lighting, and clear visual language, I help highlight the strengths of a commercial property – convincing for exposés and online portals.

Interior Photography – Living, Design & Gastronomy
In addition to real estate, I also photograph interiors for manufacturers, designers, and the hospitality industry. For Deml Möbelwerkstätte & Raumplanung in Aschau am Chiemsee, I showcased exclusive wooden kitchens and high-quality living spaces – kitchen, dining room, living room, as well as the joinery, interior design, and the “Schmuckkastl.” A great company in an even greater area around the Kampenwand in Chiemgau.
For the Chinesischer Turm restaurant in Munich’s Englischer Garten, atmospheric interior photos were created for the new website and brochures – authentic, atmospheric, and right in the heart of the city.
GWG Munich Competition
Münchner Wohnen (formerly GWG München) announced an architectural competition for the new Freiham district. I was there with my camera during the presentation of the three winners by the architects. Everyone involved was able to examine exciting and interesting designs. I look forward to the winners and the actual construction projects in Freiham.
