Do you also offer an express service for images?
Yes! If you need images for social media, press releases, or presentations during the trade fair, I can provide you with a selection of 5-10 highlights at short notice.
How many photos do we receive from the trade fair?
The number of images depends on the duration and scope of the event. Smaller trade fairs can expect around 100-150 edited photos, while larger events with multiple program points or exhibition booths often yield 500+ images.
In what formats do I receive the images?
You will receive the images in high-resolution quality for print and in optimized resolution for online media. I will conveniently provide all files to you via an online gallery.
What does trade fair photography cost?
Trade fair photography starts from €175 per hour, including post-processing. Additional costs (e.g., travel, videography, extended usage rights) will be discussed individually. I would be happy to create a customized offer.
What usage rights do I receive?
You receive comprehensive usage rights for all images and can freely use them for your marketing and communication purposes. Special agreements can be clarified in advance.
What about data protection and image rights?
Generally, the responsibility for obtaining consent lies with you as the organizer. A note in the invitation or during registration can help avoid legal uncertainties. If individuals do not wish to be photographed, this can usually be accommodated well.
