Cancellation Policy: You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded. By giving your consent, you expressly agree that I will begin executing the contract before the end of the period. At the same time, you waive your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform me clearly of your decision to cancel the contract. You can use the following contact details: Name/Company, address, email, telephone. I will refund all payments to you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, using the same means of payment that you used. You will not incur any additional costs. *

What happens after the wedding?

Immediately after the wedding, the photos are backed up in the studio. This is followed by image selection and optimization, which includes adjustments to brightness, saturation, contrast, and sharpness for web and print. Special beauty and skin retouching is carried out following consultation with the couple. The majority of the wedding photos will be provided in color with a specific look. A small portion of the photos will be provided in black and white, determined based on artistic aspects.

The number of selected photos depends on the duration of the wedding photography; on average, you will receive 80-250 photos per hour. You will receive the final photos 1-5 weeks after the wedding as print and web versions in an online gallery for download. For larger amounts of data or upon request, I can provide a USB stick.

Additional Agreement:

The couple may use and share the photos for private purposes. Express permission is required for commercial use. Following consultation with you, the wedding photos may be used for my own promotional purposes.

Travel and hotel costs are to be covered by you. I plan short breaks during the day, and you are kindly asked to provide catering. To ensure I don’t miss anything at the celebration, I should be seated in the same room as the guests.

Upon payment of the total amount agreed in the offer, the photos and the right of use are transferred to you. However, the copyright remains with me. Since a close and trusting cooperation with you is important to me, I do not require a deposit. If overtime occurs, we will coordinate this spontaneously; it will be billed separately.

Please inform your guests and everyone involved in the wedding that I will be taking photos and, if applicable, videos for you. If anyone does not agree to this, please let me know. I will only pass on your data (contact form and image data) with your consent. Further information can be found under Privacy Policy.
